Welcome! I'm glad you're here.
I’m Mariam. As a woman of colour and second-generation Canadian, I know what it means to move through spaces where representation is still finding its roots. This shaped my mission: to guide others toward an integrated, whole self — one grounded in presence, authenticity, and deep care.
My path has been shaped by art, activism, and community work supporting youth and families. These experiences deepened my empathy and strengthened my belief in the power of holding space for others.
I’m passionate about blending science and story — honouring both evidence-based tools and lived experience — to create space to explore how our stories, cultures, and challenges shape who we are and how we heal.
